Land Managers : The Los Alamos Ski Club (Pajarito Mountain Ski Area) manages the east side of Pajarito Mountain. The Valles Caldera National Preserve manages the rim between Camp May Saddle and
Cerro Grande. The VCNP's land is closed to unrestricted public use. Bandelier National Monument shares the rim with VCNP between Cerro Grande and State HWY 4. Bandeliers land is open for unrestricted day-use.
